Mineral water - the most valuable natural wealth of the region - hyperthermal /57 °С/ and unique in its chemical composition and healing properties.
The village of Mineralni Bani is located on the northern slopes of the Eastern Rhodopes. Haskovo mineral baths is a resort village in Central Southern Bulgaria, 18 km from the regional town of Haskovo. In addition to natural attractions, the remains of the ancient and medieval fortress "Sveti Duh" from the 2nd to the 14th centuries have been preserved in the area of Mineral Baths.
The National Resort Mineral Baths is profiled for the treatment of organic and functional diseases of peripheral arteries - Burger's disease, endarteritis, obliterating atherosclerosis, Raynaud's disease, conditions after thrombophlebitis, vegetative and diabetic angiopathies, scleroderma, etc.

It flows from 14 springs with a flow rate of 1500 l/min, characterized by a sulfate-sodium, calcium-fluoride composition. Already in the Middle Ages, fame continued to spread about the mineral water and the miraculous effects of numerous hot springs in these places.

It is an indisputable fact that already in the II century there was a settlement around warm mineral springs. According to historical records, the so-called city of Toplitza with a population of more than 12,000 people was located here. Discovered archeological monuments confirm that in different historical periods life was boiling around mineral sources. Thracian megalithic monuments are of special interest for cultural tourism. Their name in literal translation means "big stone" — built from impressively large stone blocks.
